1) ”Thank you” to the great supports of the world from Japan

 

A lot of message sand supports of the
encouragement from all over the world were sent to
Japan just after the Great East Japan earthquake. In
2012, one year after the disaster, we would like to
send a message of “Thank you” to the world from
Japan this time.

 

 


2)Send ‘Vibrant Energy’ to the world from Japan

 

Japan has started to look ahead and walk forward
with heartful supports from all over the world. We
have received lots of encouragement from all over the
world since the day of the disaster and now, we
would like to send out our ‘Vibrant Energy’ to the world.

Japan Festival 2012 in London Honorary Chairman “Fuyoh Kobayashi (Calligrapher)”

 

Profile
 She taught many students calligraphy and haiku from 1976 to 1977 in the
Japanese Language course at The Australian National University.
She produces a wide range of creations, such ones as in Chinese characters,
grass characters and more.
She has been around many countries as international ambassador of friendship,
introducing“ Japanese spirit created with calligraphy brush” to the world.
At the present, she is appointed as a publicity ambassador of Yeosu city in
Korea, where World Expo is being held now.

Kenka Tanabata Matsuri at Kesennuma-cho has a long history and tradition and was designated as folk intangible cultural heritage in Iwate Pref.
“Kenka Tanabata Daiko(Drums)” has performed at home and abroad and inspired many people with the fascination of its sound and provided them with energy.
There are three ways to beat a drum, but those different sounds combines together to become one to create a fantastic atmosphere.
This great sound will make your body move with excitement.
